NAFEM 2025 Tradeshow Campaign

Overview.

At NAFEM 2025, I led the end-to-end design and execution of our company’s trade show presence—from booth concept to post-event engagement.
Under a limited budget, I delivered a cohesive tradeshow experience—designing the booth, capturing content on-site, and building a visual system that worked across physical and digital touchpoints.

Problem.

The tradeshow was a critical chance to reintroduce our brand as a premium, trustworthy player. But past booths lacked clarity and failed to make a strong impression—both visually and emotionally. We needed a clear system, a compelling story, and visual assets that sparked meaningful attention.

Solution.

I developed the full creative system—from booth layout and printed collateral to pre/post-show promotions and on-site content production. Every asset had to pull its weight under limited resources, so I focused on clarity, scalability, and modular design.

The campaign unified physical and digital touchpoints to deliver a clear, confident brand message:

  • Booth design with modular, scalable components and consistent brand visuals
  • Captured original photos and footage during the event, which I later used to produce the recap video and post-show marketing materials
  • Built an integrated visual system that connected spatial design with digital marketing:
    • Modular booth with scalable design and repeatable assets
    • Promotional emails that drove traffic and anticipation
    • Looping motion graphics tailored for the tradeshow screens
    • Social media visuals that echoed the booth’s visual tone online

Results.

  • The booth stood out at NAFEM 2025 as one of the most cohesive and visually striking.
    • Booth traffic increased significantly compared to the previous year
    • Our teaser posts and email campaign helped drive early engagement and attendance
    • The recap video and follow-up email extended the campaign’s impact well beyond the event
    • Internally, the project became a model for future trade show marketing initiatives
